Senator Lena Taylor signs Henry's Blue Book. Since our class was the last in line, most of our crew's Blue Books were personalized. A couple fun facts Senator Taylor shared with us: She lives on the same street she grew up on, out of the 1,000 Senators in WI, she is the 20th woman, the 5th African American and the 2nd African American woman. The Student Council Vice-President, Max, talked with our crew about "Dollar for Honor" and bringing in $1.00 to help a Veteran take an Honor Flight. We are collecting money through Friday, Nov. 10th, also our Veteran's Assembly. |

The Rookies had a wonderful time at the Milwaukee Art Museum learning about the Five Senses. They will now decide if they would like to be a Junior Art Docent (information coming home soon!)
